Paper Submission

  1. All contributed and invited papers are to be submitted on line, using the "Paper Submission Form" at this website. No email-attachment or hard-copy submissions will be accepted.

  2. Every author submitting a paper, whether contributed or invited, should prepare a one-page abstract of the paper as a portable document format (PDF) file, with the file size not exceeding the 1.0 Mbyte limit.

  3. The submission deadline for both contributed and invited papers is March 31, 2010.
  4. When the paper's first author and presenter is a full-time student, he or she can apply for the "Student Paper Competition (SPC)." Each applicant will have to prepare some extra documents other than the one-page abstract.

  5. When the paper's first author and presenter is less than 35 years old as of October 1, 2010, he or she can apply for the "Young Scientist Award (YSA)."

  6. Even if one author is submitting two or more different papers, each paper submission must be done independently. When submitted, each paper will be allotted a Paper ID.
  7. Each abstract will be reviewed by the AP-RASC'10 Program Committee. The abstracts of accepted papers will appear in the Conference Digest (CD-ROM).
  8. The author should choose one session category when submitting the paper, but on the course of the paper review process, the session category might be changed by the AP-RASC'10 Program Committee.
  9. The corresponding author will be notified of the review result of his or her abstract on May 31, 2010. If accepted, at least one of the authors must complete the AP-RASC'10 Pre-Registration by July 15, 2010.
